(TSX-V:TRB) (“Tribute”), announces that as of May 4, 2018 the TSX Venture Exchange suspended trading of Tribute’s securities as a result of a Cease Trade Order issued by the Ontario Securities Commission. Tribute is currently in default of filing its audited statements for the year ended December 31, 2017 due to delays in the Company’s audit. Tribute is working diligently with the auditors to have these statements completed and filed as soon as possible, at which point they will be applying for reinstatement for trading on the TSX Venture Exchange.
