Tribute Resources Inc. (TSX-V:TRB) (“Tribute”) a developer of Canadian renewable energy
projects, is pleased to announce the sale of their wind project purchase option to Capital Power
Corporation ( “Capital Power”). Having achieved their Commercial Operation Date on
November 8, 2013 from the Ontario Power Authority’s Feed-In-Tariff Program for the now
operating Port Dover/Nanticoke wind projects (the “Project”), Capital Power has made an offer to
Tribute to purchase Tribute’s option to own 10% of the Project, which was exercisable until May
8, 2014. On closing of the transaction, Tribute will release any interest in the project and Capital
Power will thereafter own 100% of the Project.
